Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, please do the following:

Please send us an email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA #), to ensure proper credit for your return. In your email please note reason for return.
Include original packing slip with your return parcel
Wrap merchandise in its original packing
Prepay postage and insurance, and mail to:

Note: Shipping & handling fees cannot be refunded.
You will receive a prompt refund when we safely receive the merchandise. Please note that cut fabric, books, and patterns are not returnable.

Defective Merchandise:
We will accept DVDs, compact discs, cassettes and videos if they are unopened and in their original shrink-wrap. Defective DVDs, CDs, cassettes and videos are non-refundable, and will only be replaced with the same item.

Exchange Policy:
To exchange an item please do the following:

Please send us an email notifying us which item you’d like to exchange and which item you want to receive instead
Include original packing slip with your exchange item
