Defective Items: Defective DVDs, CDs, cassettes and videos are non-refundable, and will only be replaced with the same item. Please email us for instructions on returning your defective item. Items Received Damaged in Transit: Most parcels are insured for your protection. If you receive an item damaged in transit, please save the mailing box and packing material that the item was mailed in. This is very important in order for us to process an insurance claim with the carrier. Please then contact us and we will give you instructions on how to go about getting a replacement.
