Reminiscent of the Hollywood Hawaiian look of the 1940’s these cellophane skirts come in a rainbow of brilliant colors. They are extra full with 2-ply cellophane and are banded at the waist with a sturdy cotton fabric that is perfect for decorating. (Here our model, Natalie, wears a red cellophane skirt accented with a red shell ginger lei at the waist.) All cellophane skirts are special orders and are made to your specifications. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of the skirt within the United States, and 3 weeks outside the United States. Please note that rush orders are not available on cellophane skirts. Also, we are not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom cellophane skirts.
